Having Fun with Salads (Part 3)
Today is a simple salad, but still tasty nonetheless. It’s a spinach salad with sunflower seeds, cranberries, cucumber & lime marinated grilled chicken. Oh, how I wished I had feta cheese. That would have made it perfect. Another great salad…what will I make tomorrow? you’ll have to wait and see. Ha!
