There have been many requests for help in getting Cutline to work with Gallery2 (via WPG2)

Alyin (from the WPG2 forum) has optimized Cutline for WPG2. You can download his version <a href="http://dev.cal-family.org/wpg2-themes/cutline-v103-optimized-for-wpg2/" rel="nofollow">HERE</a>. There are a couple of differences between our two versions but I haven't compared them in great detail yet. One key diference is that in my embedded gallery I kept the WP sidebar where he did not. Once I compare the two and make any changes to mine, I will make a suggestion to the theme author to include the changed files in the theme.

Beutiful blog!

I am trying to do something similar at www.roamingtheoceans.com --- but having a couple of problems that I can't find solutions for in the respective forums, perhaps you can point me in the right direction??

(i) In the gallery, inside an album, the next/previous/last/first buttons are not alligned with the grey backround -- do you have any clues as towhere I should look to fix this?

(ii) You said above

<blockquote> I also had to make changes to the top navigation so that it looks like the other pages (ie current page is in Green font)</blockquote>

how did you do this? I've been fumbling around in the style.css and header.php files but to no availe....

A thousand thank-yous for any help you can lend me :-)

Nice looking photo blog. Now if I can just translate your changes so they work for a multi-user version of WordPress, I can let all my users have similar advantages.

Me Again - I feel like I'm following in your footsteps :) How did you fix the navigation bar so that when the gallery page is the current page it is green like the others?

Thanks,
Mark

Hi - Awesome site - I've been trying to do something very similar for the past several days and I'm failing miserably. Can you provide more details on the customization that you had to do to make it work? Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Mark

Hello,
I, too, am trying to embed Gallery2 into my Cutline theme. I see you’ve managed to pull it off. May I ask what Gallery theme you’re using?
Thanks,
Krzysztof
